Plastics Cladding Applications

Ancillary Equipment

Protect your ancillary extrusion equipment from severe wear with Conforma Clad. Our clad equipment lasts longer and sustains maximum performance levels by maintaining critical component geometries.

Common Conforma Clad Ancillary Equipment:

  • Homogenizer Plates
  • Non-Return Valves
  • Vent Inserts
  • Vent Plugs

Features & Benefits

  • Superior abrasion and corrosion resistance -
reduces wear and improves component life.
  • Metallurgically bonded cladding - optimizes heat transfer and is resistant to chipping and flaking.
  • Dense, uniform cladding - provides consistent and predictable wear.
